Co-Founder, Joel Arcadipane takes you on a tour of the Nap Bus and explains how the process works.
What is it? The nap bus is a travel trailer outfitted with five, private, comfortable resting stations. The bus is filled with warm fixtures and picture of our great 716 region. The bus will come to your location to service you.
How Does it Work? It is a simple process:
Employers fill out a Nap Request Form and Submit it The Nap Experience
Once received, a TNE representative will reach out to schedule the booking with your company
Once booked, clients (your employees) can go online and book their rest session time.
Clients will receive text and email reminders for their appointment time.
When it is time for their break, clients simply come out to the parking lot where we are advised to set up, check-in with our representative and enter the Nap Bus for their rest session. (Please note that each rest station is disinfected, and sheets and pillowcases are changed between use)
Clients will receive a timer upon entering the Nap Bus that vibrates when their rest session is complete.
The Nap Bus has air conditioning and heat depending on the season.
The Nap Bus runs a high-end air purifier
Eye masks, ear plugs, and relaxing lavender mist options are provided for a small fee.
Clients will rest on high-end mattresses and nanobionic mattress toppers that help recharge the mind and body.
QR codes are available in each rest station that will take the client to relaxation and healing music if they choose.
Upon completion of their Rest Session clients can opt to receive a complementary Good Day chocolate chew that will give them an added boost as they return to work.
